- Send you a reference confirmation email
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Service providers and sub-processors
We share your information with the following sub-processors solely to deliver our services:
- Resend — email delivery of your confirmation and our internal intake notification. Data is transmitted via TLS and retained per Resend's data processing agreement.
- PostHog — privacy-first product analytics (page views, engagement events). Only activated if you consent to Analytics cookies. We use the EU-hosted instance (eu.posthog.com). No personally identifiable information is sent to PostHog.
- Sentry — application error monitoring. Captures technical error data (stack traces, browser/device type) to maintain site reliability. No form submission content is captured by Sentry. Classified as Essential.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
5. Cookies
We use three categories of cookies. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie banner.

- Analytics — PostHog session and page-view analytics. Opt-in. No cross-site tracking.
- Marketing — reserved for future use. Disabled by default.
Your preferences are stored in your browser's local storage under the key amfi.cookies.v1. This is not transmitted to our servers.
6. Data retention
Intake form submissions are retained in our email system for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until the engagement is concluded. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

8. Security
All data is transmitted over TLS. Form submissions are processed server-side via Next.js Server Actions and are never exposed to the client. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel, which maintains SOC2 Type II certification. We review security practices on a quarterly basis.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
