1. Acceptance

By accessing amficore.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms govern your use of the Site only — not any professional engagement with AmfiCore, which is governed by a separate engagement agreement.

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via the intake form
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Use automated tools to submit the intake form

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, design, code, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of AmfiCore and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

4. Intake form submissions

Submitting the Vision Vault intake form does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of engagement. AmfiCore reserves the right to accept, decline, or redirect any inquiry at its sole discretion. Submissions are handled confidentially per our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AmfiCore does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability
